When to use it

- After a run of losses to one competitor or in one segment
What you give it
- Notes or transcripts per closed deal
- Outcome, size, segment, and competitor per deal
- Decisions the team is weighing (optional)
What you get
A report with win and loss themes with counts, buyer quotes, rep-vs-buyer gaps, and a ranked change table.
Changelog
- v1.0.1 · Nov 4, 2026 · Example: the input now names who said each shared quote (an ops manager at a 40-person agency, an office manager at a 90-person firm), so the quote credits come from it; the quotes keep the buyers' exact words, and the claim that no smaller deal raised SSO, which the input doesn't support, is replaced by a check mark.
- v1.0.0 · Nov 4, 2026 · First release.
